Do you trust your dietitian's education sources?
Do you think sugar and artificial sweeteners are good for our health or wellness?
You said no? I answered the same way.
Did you know that Coca-Cola has a institute for health and wellness?
American Dietetic Association has approved a program created by The Coca-Cola Company Beverage Institute for Health and Wellness.
This institute teaches dietitians that fluoride, sugar, artificial colors and non-nutritive sweeteners have been "carefully examined for their effects on children?s health, growth, and development," and suggests methods dietitians can use to help get rid of "concern among parents about their children's health."
I think Coca-Cola is not the "best" teacher when it comes to health, so why would dietitians take advice from them?
